For the Heritage Waterway Tour, a week's notice is usually sufficient. Corporate Day Charters benefit from two to three weeks for catering and coordination planning. Multi-Day Retreats require at least three to four weeks, as we schedule planning calls and coordinate the crew and cook in advance.

The Heritage Waterway Tour includes local teas and traditional kueh. The Corporate Day Charter includes a buffet lunch and refreshments throughout the day. The Multi-Day Team Retreat includes all meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages for the full duration. Alcoholic beverage arrangements can be discussed separately at the time of booking.

The Corporate Day Charter and Multi-Day Retreat both allow for route discussions during the planning stage. The Heritage Waterway Tour follows a set historical route to preserve the narrative integrity of the guided experience, though departure times are flexible.

The safety of all guests and crew takes priority. Our operations team monitors conditions closely in the days before departure. In cases where MPA or NEA advisories make sailing inadvisable, we work with clients to reschedule to a suitable date. Specific terms are outlined in the charter agreement provided at the time of booking.

It is well suited for that purpose. The upper deck provides a shaded, open-air space that works naturally for morning briefings.
